We currently ship orders across India.
Shipping availability may vary for certain remote locations depending on courier service coverage.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
During sales, new product launches or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
● Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
● Remote Locations: Up to 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Standard Shipping: 99₹
We reserve the right to change shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds from time to time. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your order has been handed over to the courier.

8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or videos of the package before opening it, where possible.

● Photos/videos of the damaged package
● Photos/videos of the damaged product
● A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order appears to be lost or has had no tracking movement for an unusually long period, please contact us.
We will work with the relevant courier provider to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Our products are currently available for delivery within India only.
